Instructions for Registration

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the registration form:

1. Age Eligibility:

   1. As per NEP (2020)

2. Prepare Documents:

   1. Gather a recent passport-sized photograph of the child in either .jpg or .jpeg format (size <= 5 MB).
   2. Obtain a recent passport-sized photograph of the Father/Mother in either .jpg or .jpeg format (size <= 5 MB).
   3. Ensure you have the child's Date of Birth (D.O.B.) certificate in either .pdf or .jpeg format (size <= 5 MB).
   4. Ensure you have the child's Aadhar Card in either .pdf or .jpeg format (size <= 5 MB).

3. Complete Registration Form:

   1. Fill in all details accurately according to the child's D.O.B. certificate.
   2. Complete all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).

4. Download and Print:

   1. Download or print all pages of the registration form, as these will be needed on the date of interaction.

5. Review Documents:

   1. Carefully review the "All-page" attachment for accuracy.
   2. Report any discrepancies promptly using the provided contact number.
